We are proud to announce that Hill Field Elementary has been officially recognized as a DSD Unified School! This designation honors schools that create inclusive environments where students of all abilities learn, play, and grow together.
This recognition is also part of the Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools® program, which promotes social inclusion through intentionally designed activities. As a DSD Unified School, we support the Special Olympics mission by encouraging meaningful interactions between students with and without disabilities.
Inclusive opportunities at our school include Unified sports teams, classroom partnerships, school clubs, and community service projects that allow all students to work together, build friendships, and celebrate each other’s strengths.
